We deliver throughout the working week, to ensure your goods arrive in a timely manner. Before your order leaves us… All our sweets are prepared, personalised and packaged in the gifting format you have selected. We wrap them up to keep them safe and send the goods in a brown outer box to the delivery details supplied to us at point of purchase. We always want to make sure you are happy with your treats, so if for any reason you aren’t please just drop a note to info@thecandycove.co.uk and we will sort the issue out for you immediately. Unfortunately, anything that’s personalised or made to your specific requirements cannot be resold and is therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable.
